1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Stagetub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Stagetub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Stagetub
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
• Using automated tools to access or scrape the platform

3. Subscription and Payment

Stagetub offers subscription plans on a recurring basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan frequency (monthly, annual, or lifetime).

• Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. Your subscription begins after the trial period ends.
• Billing: Charges will appear on your payment statement with the description "Stagetub"
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused services. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

4. User Accounts and Content

When you create an account on Stagetub, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and complete

You retain all rights to content you create on the platform. By uploading content, you grant Stagetub a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform
• Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Circumventing security measures

6. Intellectual Property

Stagetub and its contents, including but not limited to all code, design, graphics, and text, are the property of Stagetub and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stagetub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform or materials. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stagetub or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Links

Stagetub may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their terms and conditions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms & Conditions or other conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of Stagetub are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
